1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing puntersedge.online or subscribing to The Punters Edge AU ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if we become aware you are under 18.

3. Nature of the Service

The Punters Edge AU provides data-driven sports analysis and betting tips. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tips are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome or profit
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Sports betting involves financial risk and you may lose money
• You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions
• The Service is not financial advice
• You should only bet what you can afford to lose

4. Subscription and Billing

• Members: AUD $29.00 per month, billed monthly in advance
• VIP: AUD $49.00 per month, billed monthly in advance (when available)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You will receive access to the Members Telegram channel within minutes of successful payment

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal at billing.stripe.com. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Access to the Members channel will be removed at the end of the billing period

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at puntersedgeau@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

7. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to responsible gambling. We strongly encourage you to:

• Set a deposit limit with your bookmaker before placing any bets
• Only bet what you can afford to lose
• Take regular breaks from betting
• Never chase losses

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we have reason to believe a subscriber has a gambling problem.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on puntersedge.online — including tips, analysis, models, blog posts and data — is the property of The Punters Edge AU. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Punters Edge AU shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages or other losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on our tips. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
